What services does your spa center offer?
At FantaSea, we offer a complete range of Beauty and Wellness services all in one place – from haircut, coloring, and bridal styling to nails, pedicures, rejuvenating massages, energy treatment and personal growth guidance.
Where are you located?
We are located inside the Hotel Best Jacaranda in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, on level 0, next to the gym.
We welcome both pre-booked appointments and personal inquiries at the salon, subject to availability.
For the best experience, we recommend contacting us in advance.
How do I make a reservation for services?
Currently, we the online booking option is in progress. However, you can easily secure your spot by:
- Sending us a WhatsApp message
- Contacting us online via our website
- Visiting us in person at the salon.
Please note that all appointments are comfirmed only with a Deposit to guarantee your reserved time. This ensures we can dedicate our full attention to you during your visit.
Is it a deposit required to confirm my booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- For in-salon bookings, deposits start from 10€. For higher-value reservations, a proportional deposit is requested to reflect the value of the booking.
- For online or WhatsApp reservations, a higher deposit is requested to ensure your spot, and this guarantees your reserved time and helps us dedicate our full attention to you.
The deposit will be applied toward your chosen treatment or program.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
To ensure we can dedicate our full attention to each guest, all appointments require a deposit.
- Cancellation or rescheduling mist be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard treatments, and 48 hours in advance for full-day VIP experiences.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled without proper notice, but can be applied toward a rescheduled session within a reasonable timeframe.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to provide a high-quality, personalized experience to all our guests.
